Hello all! I have not been on this site regularly in sometime because I try to leave my computer off as much as possible (I never get off once it is on!). Anyway I thought I would do an update blog.

The piggie girls are doing great! Penelope has started this habit of chewing off the coroplast and Tiger Lily has joined her. Luckily they are OCD and the chewing is even . Charlie-Muffin has refused to join her sisters in destroying their cage. I have also gotten a system down where I clean the cage twice a week and it has been so hot I've been drying all their laundry outside! Charlie-Muffin is approaching her 4th birthday and is going strong, no major medical issues, keeping a healthy weight, eating well. I will also be making more cozy/cuddle cups as time goes on as I have mastered my new sewing machine!

In other news my dog has been on a Prey Model Raw diet for the past 7 months now and is doing great! His teeth have never looked better! And he has taken a liking to chasing the new rabbits in our yard. He almost caught one and is now obsessed with finding another rabbit. He also has yet to realize that my neighbors lab puppy is not his chew toy (did I mention my dog is a yorkie?). My dog jake and my neighbors female dog Wilson seem to not understand each other. What Wilson mistakes as a play bow is actually Jake charging her =). I'm working on a mutual understanding between those two.

In cat news, I have been trying to train my cat to use the toliet. So far so great. He is on the last stage and slowly moving towards no litter at all! I wish he could flush. Once he is 100% toliet trained I plan to transition him to a Prey Model Raw diet as well!

In other animal news, on top of walking dogs at my local humane society I have been volunteering at a local wildlife rehab center. We take in orphaned and injured wildlife, rehab them and release them. I started off with their summer camp and now I am working with the animals instead of kids. I get to feed and clean native missouri wildlife. Animals I have done so far include squirrels and waterfowl. But I will also be handling opossums, box turtles, and snakes. I'm super excited!
