Please help if any one knows what it is.
I just noticed bald patches behind one of my guinea pig ears, I don't know what that is , I know that they don't usually have hair behind the ears and have soft skin, but I cant point out what it is I've searched alot online but doesn't seem to match the condition of mine. Though he seems fine and the fur everywhere else from the stomach, mouth seems in good condition. He's eating good. And when I give food or take him out he popcorns. He doesn't scratch himself very often either. keep in mind that this one has a bit of corse and dry hair. Bald patches behind the earsBald patches behind the earsBald patches behind the ears

Guinea pigs are hairless behind their ears. It's natural.

That's completely normal, all guinea pigs have a bald patch behind the ears, it varies in size from pig to pig too.
