So right now I have my girls in a 2x4 up on a table. I REALLY want to build them a stand when I get some grids for Christmas. I plan on making the stand two grids high to add more storage space beneath it. But my real question is this;
I have a Rabbit that I let free roam my room at times. He stays in his cage when I'm away and is let out when I get back home. I am very aware that mixing rabbits and guinea pigs together is a bad thing to do and that's why I have a lid on my cage now. So that he can't jump inside. If I build a stand that is 2 grids high should I have a lid on my cage still or will this be high enough that my Rabbit can't get into it so I can leave it uncovered like I'd like to.
Sorry for the long post. I'm open to any opinions or suggestions to "Rabbit Proof" my cage or so to speak.
Thanks!
