Where did the ad come from? Maybe you could ask if he intentionally breeds his pigs

Just e-mail and ask where the babies came from. Could have been an accidental litter, you never know, people don't always word Craig's List ads well.

I've emailed the person as well as texted them (from an app on my ipod so they dont have my real phone number) Waiting for a reply :3

If they aren't a breeder, im hoping to convince my mother to let me adopt one of them. But I dont want the pig if they're from a breeder.

The wording sounds like a breeder to me. I'd skip this one.
