Feet strange toes?

hello! I know it's been a while since I've posted but life has been crazy. Anywho so I was trimming the piggies toes today and I noticed Debbie's feet (my younger one) were really strange!!!! Her back feet are missing 2 toe nails (middle and right) and the left one is HUG. Like a TALON! It's crazy looking!!! I'm scared to touch it so I just did her front feet and left the back ones alone. Is this something I should talk to the vet about? I need to make an apt for her bc she's been sneezing and wheezing so I think she has an upper respiratory thing going. Should I bring this up too? I'm posting pictures too!
