Hello there! I have two piggies right now, one is an older female named Cooter (don't judge, if you're a true blood fan you'll know the reference, she's names after a werewolf lol) and I recently acquired a baby (well a couple months ago) and her name is Debbie! I will have to post a couple of pictures of them soon, Debbie's got a cute little cow-lick on her forehead that made me want her lol. Anywho hello and I hope to be welcomed with my piggies!

the first one is Debbie and her cowlick (how cute!), the second one is the 2 of them greeting me (and my lettuce for them), thircd one is of both Cooter and Debbie when I first brought Debbie home (Debbie is in front, Cooter is sniffing Debbie) and the last one is how Cooter greets me when I open the door to their cages (Debbie has learned how to do that now so they both stick their heads out to say HELLO!)

Welcome! They are both so cute! Debbie's cowlick is called a crest; she is a crested guinea pig.

thank you! Oh I didnt know that! Are they really different from other guinea pigs? I don't know what kind Cooter is but are they different? Thanks for the awesome info

Yup that crest means that she is a White Crested or just Crested guinea pig. She's a different breed than Cooter. I'm pretty sure Cooter is an American. My own piggies are American and White Crested too!

Welcome to the forum! I hope you decide to upgrade from that pet store cage to a C&C, as the pet store cages are wayyyyy to small!

haha thanks everyone! they actually have 2 cages side by side so there's lots of room for them right now. I would really like an even bigger cage and making a c and c cage is a great idea for it! I'm definitely going to work on it soon
