Even if it does it sounds like a breed, at least they're responsible enough to request that the pigs are adopted in pairs and to point out that longhair pigs require different care.
That's funny. I live in Eugene, OR. Now that I'm looking for a few more pigs, I'm seeing what's out there on Craig's List. Some of the ads that I have come across use a lot of the same verbiage like "piggies" and the information about care and needing to have them in pairs. This might just mean that breeders are getting more sophisticated about what they say and how they say it. Sure seems, from what's being offered that it's a breeder.
That's what i thought as well. I just want to make sure cause I do NOT want to "adopt" from a breeder as it is a business they will never stop and they facilitate the over population of guinea pigs.
