Ok so I decided to stick with fleece and just have bedding on the secong level where the kitchen will be. How High should the coroplast be there and how high should it be on the second level? I want to have the front of the cage open because astro Likes putting his feet on the bars to beg for food and I think It will be better for him with just coroplast and no grids.

Well for the kitchen upstairs, since it is higher off the ground and you will have bedding in it you want it to be nice and high to keep them from kicking it out. I would reccomend maybe 20cm? (7.8 inches)

And as for the down stairs, you aren't using bedding but there will be grids. Guinea pigs only very rarely decide to jump out but just in case I would have it maybe 15 cm? (5.9 inches) If it is too tall, you can always cut it a bit more.

Hope I helped!
