Hi everyone!
My name is Evie. I've been a lurker here for quite a long time now, so I'm excited (and a little nervous) to finally announce my presence.
ptimist: I have two guinea pigs, Russell (aka "RusRus") and Cooper, and we're currently writing from the great (very snowy) state of Minnesota.
I fell in love with guinea pigs after house-sitting for a friend whose daughter had some, and ever since then I've been on the lookout for an opportunity to care for some piggies of my own. Finally, I got the opportunity to adopt two adorable boars (my beloved Russell and Cooper). According to the couple I adopted them from, they're a little over 1-1/2 years old. We've had a great first week together - they seem to love their new C&C "digs," and we've already discovered that RusRus is NOT a fan of green peppers. But then again, neither am I!
Anyway, that's just a little bit about me and "the boys." We're excited to meet you all!
