Okay I found a local feed and seed that sells guinea pig pellets in bulk.
I think the brand they sold is called lab diet for guinea pigs but I am not sure.

Are lab diet pellets okay I googled it and they came up with one by purina but the bag looked different than on the website

so can I feed these or should I stick to martins?

Can you ask them for a list of ingredients? That will help in telling you how healthy the food is.

I need to go back tomorow because they are closed now.

You'd be better off sticking with the Martins.

Just as a matter of information - here's the nutrition info for all of their formulas, from their website:

5025
5026
50E6
5LP8
5PI8

They are all pretty bad.

I read the nutrition info and I think I am better off with martins I am still looking for a good timothy pellet!

KM does ship pellets to Canada so you may want to see about getting her timothy based ones.

I did not know that I will check up on that!

You can get Oxbow in Canada at Petland and various rescues/vets sell it as well.

I called and It was indeed lab diet:grumpy:. Too bad it was only $1 lb so I guess you get what you pay for!
