Other reasons for teeth and eye deformities?

Does anybody Knows more reasons of "teeth and eye deformities" other than the wrong Variety mixes?

Varieties that should't be paired:
Dalmatian x Dalmatian
Dilute Broken (aka roan) x Dilute Broken (aka roan)
Dalmatian x Dilute Broken (aka roan)

Dalmation: Cavy with white overbody and black markings. (Just like the dalmatian dogs!)
Roan: Cavy of more than one color that has a diluted markings, (intertwined colors)

Both varieties have strong genes (dalmatian as Rs) and should never be bred (RsRswill produce microphthalmic or eyeless babies) as to not produce EYELESS, deformed incissors and deformed bone formation CAVIES.

Any Ideas of other Causes?
