I have finally built my C&C cage!

Mine love a plain paper bag (sometimes I stuff it with hay). They also like to throw around small stuffed animals. It's funny. Just watch that they are not chewing them up if you give them stuffed animals.

Just read through those toys on the site above and have fun with it. I love making my piggies new things to play with.

And oh gosh, I sure wish I was capable of sewing so I could make some cozies, haha.

Some simple toys would be paper bags filled with hay, dangling bird toys, ferret toys and tunnels, or maybe a nice hammock.

and no..my patio isn't disgusting like that anymore...hehe I saw that pic and was so disgusted I made it all pretty.

As long as your hammock is close to the ground and your guinea pig can safely climb in and out of it, then you are set to go.

can you make one on your own?

I am sure you can. Perhaps take some fleece, put some rope with average thickness at each corner and attach it to the top of your cage. Just take a look at some hammocks on the ferret store website, and think of your own creative ideas on how to make your own.

That's a lovely cage and looks like you get to spend some great time with them, in your living room, right? Enjoy watching them enjoy themselves!
