I am in the central time zone and england is 6 hours ahead of us. For example now it is 9.51 am and in london it is 3.51pm.

Ok. Im in the pacific time zone and we are an hour behind central. So if its 10:31am here its 11:31am in the central time zone and 5:31pm in London?
