Hammocks?

My pigs love their hammocks.

Check out my gallery, there is a picture of a hammock I made out of a tea towel. They never sit in it, just underneath it. They do love to sit under it though, thats where I always see them. When I walk into the room asct will put his front two legs in it and sniff for food. Very cute!

I put a hammock in my cage and my piggies love it! When I put it in, my one girlie was popcorning all around on it. She was so happy! The other one likes to sleep under it. Silly girls.

Mine never, ever went in it, so I just took it down! Nice picture

Phoebe likes to relax in her hammock during the evening, if it's not too noisy.

I have one but rarely put it up as they mainly ignore it! Like Piglet's pigs, if they do anything, they just sit under it. I've seen many pigs enjoy them though.

My blind piggie (go figure) loves the hammock. The other one camps out under it. So in some way, they both make use of it.

One of my piggies loved it in the old cage. You could always find her in there. They both also loved running thru it and around it like the game tag. I put it in their new cage and she still uses it at times but not as much now since the cage is much larger and theres more to do and see.

I have one, you can check out my gallery. My older one runs through it but thats about it.. I turned it into a tent to make more use out of it.

I put a hammock up in my girls cage lastweek. At first they all wanted to be on it, Now the mom Agnes will go on it and peak her nose through the grids when she wants attention. Agnes usually sleeps under it, her daughter Stella barely uses it, but her other daughter Maude likes to nap on it. I also put one in Henry's cage, but he pulls an Agnes and only uses it to get closer to me when I'm by the cage.

Oh...and I just made a make-shift hammock by hanging a hand towel in the cage by binder clips.

My boys just love their hammocks! I need to get another one though. It is so funny because if one is in there sometime the other will try to fit in it as well and there is just no room. Very cute!

I wanted to make a hammock or two for my piggs, but the website that had the instructions... Well, when I tried the link (https://imageevent.com/bizylizy/craftsguineapigfun/lilygraceshammock)
where the step-by-step instructions were that I had saved, it wouldn't work...

Could any one tell me how big to make it, or how high to hang it??

Wish I could help. Reason I asked was I got one for mine and hung it, but they ignored it. They nap under it sometimes.
