Yeah, thats the problem, I forgot to say that, I'd have to purchase a bunch of it. I can't find it any where near me, and I'm getting frustrated because I can't, where did everyone get there's at?

Have you called around to craft shops and sign shops in your area? Check under signs in the yellow pages of the phone book.

Wow thats big! In the UK the biggest sheets you can buy are 8x4 feet. Don't know if its the same where you are. 8x4 will be enough for the bottom but you'll probably need a little extra for the top. I'm sorry my mathematical brain isn't working properly right now to work it out

Yeah I know! I want to add more gp's on later so, I don't want to have to get more grids and add on than, so thats why i'm doing it now! That's ok, I looked in the phone book, and we have like 10 sign shops in town, so I want to check them out for some coroplast. Becaue it would be more work to use plywood because you have to use a saw or something, to cut it, and my dad would have to do that. Also, do zip ties really work better than connectors?

I don't use any connectors. They are strong. I have a 45 pound brick in my cage. I do have a support under where the brick is as it would sag if I didn't but the zip ties are strong enough to hold it.

I think the largest you can get coroplast even in the US is 4 ft x 8 ft. At least I haven't seen any larger. You will need to get a couple of sheets and just tape them together at the seems

guineapigluver1, there's a sign shop in Apex that sells coroplast. I work right near it, I can meet you and bring you a sheet if you'd like.

I would have to ask my parents if it's OK, first. That's a good idea, where would we meet at?

It would probably be best if the two of you go to private messages to arrange details for a meeting.

Yay! Tomorrow I'm building my cage, but I have to wait to finish it for the coroplast. I have 48 grids and tons of connectors, I won't be able to build a 3x5 because my bedroom isn't big enough so i'm just building a 2x4, with a 1x4 second story, i'll make it bigger later on. ;)

Guys my brother is a ceramic tiler. He told me that tilers and builders use coroplast all the time to protect the floors after they've been tiled. He called a contractor he's working with right now and asked him about it, and my brother picked up two HUGE white sheets for me, for NOTHING!

So what I suggest is actually checking tiling outlets like topps tiles etc.

I'm actually thinking about asking my brother to ask this contractor what supplier he gets his from and buying the stuff in direct from them and then selling it on to us piggy lovers in the UK who can't find the stuff! I'd sell it at the exact price I paid for it, plus postage costs (or if you live near, come and pick it up). I'm wouldn't be in it to make a profit, I just want to help people out, as I know what a pain in the arse finding this stuff is!
