Missing tooth?

My oldest male is missing one of his front teeth. I check my two boys' teeth every week. Does it grow back? It looks like there is a little stub of a tooth where either one is growing in, or where the other one chipped instead of completely coming out. I'll try to get a picture of it.

It sounds like he broke it pretty bad, but they do grow back pretty fast.
GL has great broken teeth information in their medical guide. As long as he is eating fine, he should be ok.

If this becomes a repeated problem, I would suggest looking into diet and the amount of vitamin C in the diet.
