Via paypal, you can donate using T's address, [email protected].

If you want to donate money to become a Cavy Star or Champion, hit "my profile" up on the navigation bar at the top then scroll down the left side until you see Paid subscriptions and hit that. Then you can choose which one you want to become and order.
