i figured out by a vet that my first two are both girls but I havent got a third one yet thats why I was wondering if its enough room

In my very humble opinion, that is a perfect cage for two guinea pigs. Why not just see how it goes for a while, then build a larger cage for three later if you choose to adopt a third?

It's not big enough for three. You need at least a 2x4 for three.
