Read Threads change

I've changed the way threads are marked as read. This should be more accurate, but may slow things down. If it seems to slow things down too much, I'll change it back.

Please note:

Under the Forum Tools pull-down menu within a forum, you can mark all posts read.

Previously it was working based on time after inactivity, whether you read the threads or not.
