Hair Loss Tiny piece of Hair fall out

My 4 month old male guinea pig had a weird looking dot on his fur and when I pet him it came off... do yall have any idea what this is?

It COULD be the start of a fungal infection. I don't see any dried skin attached to the shaft, but it might not be a bad idea to keep an eye on him. Excessive scratching would be a good thing to start watching for.

See https://www.guinealynx.info/fungus.html. There are some suggestions for fungal shampoos on there. Bathe him every couple of days with the shampoo, letting it stay him for five or so minutes each time. Just be sure to rinse him well.

Both of my sows have this occasionally. Unless it’s excessive I really wouldn’t worry. Just to be safe I’d do some antifungal baths as states above.

Ok then I will him a bath. Is it alright to use H&S (zinc) or should I buy Nizoral?

I wouldn't use H&S. Nizoral has been safely used for guinea pigs for a long time, and doesn't cause any problems.
