Thanks! I have to go to my aunt's hotel for a little but after I'm going to try to go down to her house and talk with her and give her the option of him staying here.. I really don't want her to feel like she just has something I don't so i want it, but his health is at risk so it's gone too far.Good luck!
Nope. There digestive system can't handle it. It can give them bad diarrhea.
What do you guys think about a 3X2X2 with a 2X1 loft? That's all the grids I have and I was going to put it under my guinea cage as a 4X4X2 but I don't have enough
no I'd have 2 extra grids.. And a 3X2X2 takes 20 grids, and with the small loft, 22. I have 28 (?) grids I think, so if you can come up with something that takes 28 or less, great. A 4X4X2 takes 48 I'm pretty sure. (4 sides of 4 = 16, + the second grid height is another 16, 32. Then the lid is 16 grids making 48)
My buns have veggies everyday. They do not get diarrhea from being fed greens daily. In the wild, the vast majority, if not all, of a rabbit's diet would be fresh food. Fresh greens are an important part of rabbit's diets and they provide additional nutrients, as well as variety in the diet. It is a myth that feeding buns lettuce/too much lettuce gives them upset stomachs. They can and do get diarrhea when they are introduced to a new type of greens too quickly and in large amounts in the beginning, however.
Anyway, @TacoBellWinnieP , best of luck with Oreo! Hopefully your friend will see sense and let you take care of him soon.
Are you getting the bunny? Did your parents even say yes?
Yeah I knew about the lettuce but most people suggest not to give it everyday. Well I guess it's just a personal opinion.
