I think one of my piggies is sick! It started about a week ago when he wouldn't let me pick him up later I found out that it caused him pain when his stomach area was touched. Then I weighed him he was about 23 ounces then I weighed him the next day same time and about 10 minutes after he ate same as yesterday same food same amount he gained 5 ounces! In one day! I need help plz I don't want to lose him... Also should he be separated from his cage mates???

I think that maybe either your scale is off, or you're reading it wrong. Five ounces is a HUGE gain for a guinea pig. The best thing to do when weighing is to weigh at the same time of day, preferably before breakfast. That way you're not weighing food, which can vary in amount.

I wouldn't separate him yet. Is he eating/drinking normally? Is he pooping? Sitting hunched up in pain? Moving around ok?

he was in his pigloo the entire night but this morning when I got up he was eating a little bit

And he squeaks in pain if the bottom of his belly is touched

Watch him today and see if he eats and moves normally. If not, he needs to go the vet.

Is he still urinating?

Not sure he is in a cage with two other guinea pigs I am going to put him in the other cage with a white towel underneath him to make sure

He has pooped but it is smaller than normal and it is soft. He has nibbled on his hay a bit but has not peed

If he isn't peeing he may have a urinary tract stone, he really needs to see an exotics vet.

After he drank water he started urinating. And it looks normal

That's great news, it means at the very least he doesn't have a bladder stone blocking his urethra. Hope he improves, keep us updated on his condition.
