C&C bottom for 4x5?

I am upgrading my piggies to a 4x5 cage and I am wondering what other folks use for a cage bottom for a cage this large since coroplast only comes in 4x8 sheets. Do you just tape two together? How do you stop seepage (aside from the type of bedding you use) between the crack of the two sheets?

Put waterproof tape on top of the coroplast. Just be sure the pigs can't get to the tape.
