As far as I know, only lice. I have not seen him scratching, there is no hair loss or redness. I am pretty sure he has a lot of knits on his butt, and I did see some bugs walking around. He doesn't seem distressed.

What is Ivomec?
I wouldn't inject anything into my piggy to get rid of lice. When my piggy had lice, I used Ivermectin. You put a drop or so behind their ears. It seems like a better idea than injecting to me.

When my piggy had lice we used ivermecten and it worked wonderfully. They were gone by at least the 4th or 5th day. Check thoroughly through the fur for little white bugs. I'm not sure what you do for mites, but if it is lice i reccomend ivermecten.
