Well thanks to everyone, I was asking about the size of an indoor hutch, which it looks like im going to need to construct myself. It shouldn't be too hard and hopefully will suit the needs of my kids and the guinea pigs.

Just make sure the inner measurements match the size recommendations on the front page: Your Guinea Pig's Home (metric)
For two pigs it's 1 sq meter, preferably 1.2 sq meters when it's boys as they tend to need more room to get along well.

I found an Australian cage brand with a cage that's just in between the minimum & recommended size for two pigs, if your local pet stores carry the brand they will be able to order it in, but it's cheaper to build something yourself of course. HannibalLecter I have that exact cage which we use for quarantine. It's only 5.9 sq ft if you measure the bottom area where the pigs feet go.

Are you sure it's that much smaller than the outside 10.3 sq ft? I thought the bottom didn't look all that angled. Hmm, back to searching then.

I measured it just last week...will go and measure the widest/longest part and the bottom again....

newbie1 , Maybe you can bring in the hutch on very hot/cold days and at night, and put the hutch outside for a few hours everyday. That way they'll be safe from predators at night, and the extreme weather on some days.
