Will female rub their backs on the bedding?

Will female guinea pig rub their backs on the bedding? My Mini does... although I didn't check but I'm quite sure that she's a female because she gave birth to Boonboon (well, that's what the petshop said) and there's stain remained around the back of Mini... and there are nipples protuding out from its hind legs... so I'm quite sure she's a ... she... heh...

Yes they do rub their backs/butts on bedding too. It's quite funny to watch.
