Why do people still sell bad food?!?

Ughhh I was super happy today because I adopted my two New Guinea pigs from the spca but then I saw the food they were feeding! Why would you put all those seeds in guinea pig food I was so upset I left and went to the closest pet store and got 15 pounds of oxbow. I asked the people to give me enough food for two days so I don't mess up there stomachs. She comes back with a large bag of food and says this should last you about two days or maybe a little less. That's why Oreo is overwheight!! Cookie dough is alright because he is the less dominant one and let's Oreo eat first. I was so upset. And don't even get me started about the little boys that ran inside tapping on the glasses of the cats and sticking there fingers in the poor guinea pigs faces. I felt really bad for the couple that was going to be separated by one of the boys. I was so sad! I hope the family didn't get approved because I saw the cage and I asked if that was a carrier. They said no but I almost gave them my binder to read but my parents dragged me out of the place. I'm happy that I have my piggies tho. I'm just really irratated with pet stores,ignorant parents, and un educated parents! Plus I found a store near me that doesn't sell animals so I'm happy.
