I have just bought some from Ebay, there were £14.99 for a pack of 16 plus P&P, i can't remember how much but it wasn't unreasonable. I also got some correx from www.onestopplasticshop.co.uk which was £5.50 - £6.00 plus VAT for a 1.22m x 1.22m sheet. I hope this helps

I got mine from Costco they are very cheap there, last time i went they were selling them for £9 per box and they are the same ones that you can buy off eBay. You do have to join and pay a membership fee every year, but its worth it as they have many other things at half the price you would pay else where. Maybe worth a look if you have one near you. :)

Can I ask what you searched for on eBay? I'm hitting a brick wall with my searches. The cheapest I've found them - in stock - online is £25 +VAT and delivery.

Cheers for that. They look a bit different to the normal grid ones. Are they just as good with the mesh?

The only afordable cubes I can find are Plastic cube storage systems or a small mesh type. I am looking for white or black ones with bigger wholes like one all the gallery photos on here. Every were I have looked today has been out of stock , B&Q have aparently stopped selling them and most other places are out of stock :( .
I live on the Isle Of Wight in the UK so cant get to bigger named stores as we have none , Does any one out there know were i can get them online or on the island?

Netto currently have the cubes in stock (28/3/11)
They are £14.99 for a 6 cube storage system.
Just got some today as I have been waiting for ages for them to be available close by without having to fork out for postage and packing !

I'm a new piggie owner and new as a member to this forum, and having went through the boards I feel it's necessary for me to share my experiences with the company B&Q and their cubes. As a birthday present last year I received two rescued guinea pigs, they were being kept outside in a small hutch in the previous home so I took them inside to live in a store bought cage. I've had plenty of rats, mice and hamsters before but never a guinea pig so I assumed the bought cage would be fine for them. Having looked around the guineapigcages website for a few months now I knew it was the best thing for my piggies to make a C&C cage for them. Oh, the trouble it has caused me.

I would foremost like to warn people to steer clear of B&Q. Having searched tediously online and offline for months to find cubes for a reasonable price I realised B&Q was the cheapest and had a good amount of individual cubes. So, I called my local store and asked them to order them in for me since that was the only way to get them. It cost me over £40 for these cubes and the day after I ordered them they took the money from my bank card. Four weeks down the line I have no idea where my cubes are, no idea when I will get them and the service they provided thusfar has been terrible. Only a week ago was I informed that the cubes are actually an import from China, I have been given over 5 different expected delivery dates since if they don't arrive on the expected date it is simply moved to around a week later. Every time I have called they have given me a different story, half the time they had no idea what I was talking about and they claim to have no contact details for the Chinese company they receive imports from. I've had 12 sheets of 40 by 40" blue coroplast sitting in my living room for 2 weeks now as I have nowhere else to hold them and with my house up for sale it is quite off-putting. I know B&Q has received a lot of negativity for their kitchen fitting services but it seems their system of importing items is also questionable.

I honestly have no idea what to do now other than ask for a refund and order cubes from amazon - that's 23 cubes for £40 whereas with B&Q I could have got around 48 cubes for the same price. I'm deeply disappointed and can only warn others that should they have no choice but to have B&Q order them in be prepared for a million different stories and delays in your dream of giving your guinea pigs a better life.

I just got some grids on ebay, the seller is selling individual cubes for £3.99 each, with £1.99 p&p (unfortunately, doesn't reduce p&p for multiple orders). I only needed 12 for a 2x4 cage, so it cost me £17.94 in total. I'll let you guys know if they're any good when they arrive. I'm hoping they won't be really flimsy!

The item number is 260831190461, there's still plenty available :)

What do they call it in costco? And how many do you get? We have one in Edinburgh, but I am not travelling there unless they have it...

I have just bought Safco wire cubes on Amazon by CSN stores for £23.99 (20 squares) - enough for a 2 x 4 with a roof and I bought the correx (called 'Antinox') from Travis Perkins 2.4m x 1.4m x 2mm in black for £7.40. Ideally I'd like it thicker but it's more than adequate and cheap too!

Nicky, do you have a link to the correx on the Travis Perkins site? I can't find it on there. If not, there's two in my area, I'll give them a call on Monday :)
