When to sex pups?

My babies are 4 days old now and I still cant tell the sex. I am wandering when is the age that is most effective for sexing them right ? IE can tell what sex they are for certain. Any info you can share please do.

I just fostered a litter of four baby piggies and I started to sex when they were a couple days old. I wrote down which pigs I thought were male and female and I kept checking their sex up until they were three weeks old. At three weeks old, I knew their sexes for sure. I was able to extrude the penis on two different male pups at 1 week of age.

Well I looked at those pictures and was able to determine sexes. I have 4 girls and 1 boy that I can tell right now. I will double check them in a week and see if I am still correct. I already have a cage ready if i have to seperate a male or males.

Lucky you to have a couple more weeks to be absolutely sure. If it's just the one boy, are you going to have him neutered, so he can live with Mom and sisters?

No If it is in fact a male he is going to be going to live with my mother and her piggies. I am adopting 2 girls out and keeping the other 2 girls if in fact I am right about the sexes.
