What type is my Cavy

I have a cute little cavy named Mo but im not sure what type he is I think he's Peruvian. Here is a link to a page I have made with pictures of him.

Hi, Mo looks like my snowball when he was little. Bigger than average features, long thick fur, I think they are Peruvian too but I'm no expert. See snowball In my profile if you like.

You might want to give him more hay

I'm new to cavies but it's my understanding that they're better off with tons of hay as they chew it constantly and like to play and burrow in it as well. Looking at the photos, you might want to put more hay in his cage. Does anyone more experienced want to weigh in (or "hay in") on this issue?

from what I could see he looks peruvian but I couldn't make out the pictures because they were too big.

Yes, they definitely need unlimited amounts of hay available, but there was hay in the cage, and we don't know if he refills it when it runs out, runs low, etc. As far as playing in it goes, not all owners are comfortable leaving hay all over the cage as the pigs will most likely urinate in it and they may go ahead and eat that also. It's pretty much preference and either way as long as there is hay available to eat, no problem.
I understand what you're saying, we just don't know the circumstances.

Yup ur Mo is a peruvian.Mines a peruvian also but i cut his hair lol so he looks like a new breed .
