What is Corex?

Hello everyone! What is Corex? is it the same as Coroplast? Does anyone use it and have good results? I'm going to build a cage, so I'm getting info on materials.

Most members on this website use correx. It is exactly the same as coroplast, just another name for it

No problem! Do you need any other help with building the cage? The only advice that I can give you is that the connectors that come with the grids are hard work! So, you can use cable ties (sometimes called zip ties) instead.

Thanks for the tip. Is that why they recommend plyers? Lol.... Does your Piggie tend to chew on the zip ties at all?

The instructions on Cavy Cages are really great, I think it should be fun to do and even funner to see Thomas run around the new cage.

The connectors were no problem for me- but I do prefer to use both cable ties and connectors.

My pigs never touched the zip tes. You just have to snip the long end off.

mine weren't (the connectors) and found that cable ties were hard work!

I did break a few nails whilst using the cable ties, but I would have broken more with those connectors!
