Hold the Piggy like Kim said: If you can't tell, put your pointer finger above one of the legs of the pig, and your middle finger under it.

If you hold it that way, it will be harder for the Piggy to bite. Also, having 2 people helps SO much. Make sure you have treats on hand as well for when you are done, or if the Pig is calm enough, while you are doing it.

:)

Good luck!

great video
that is EXACTLY how I trim Whistles nails.
In the beginning I would give him a treat after each foot was done. Now I just give him a treat after the whole ordeal.

My pig does this too, and any style I do it makes her more frantic. She freaks if I try to wrap her up, wiggles out of the hands of someone assisting me, and bites like crazy. For me, it's always a slow process but lots of stroking her and talking to her til she calms down a bit between each foot, or nail I clip. In the end she gets a cherry tomato and a carrot :)

Nail trimming at my house is a two person job. One person holds the pig and the carrot to its mouth, the other one trims the nails. We've never had the nail trimming last longer than it takes for the pig to eat the carrot.

One of my pigs is very calm and just sits there while I trim her nails, my other pig how ever squirms, wiggles, bites, wheeks and has a fit. He is very squirmy. With him my mom holds him and I trim. It helps to hold the leg you're trimming still so they don't move and cause you to hit the quick.
