What can happen?

Hello,

As most of you know my cavy Winnie died a month ago. Honey was getting lonley so I went to my local animal shelter and I found a very cute cavy that is a brindle short hair. We now named her Coco Chanel after the famous designer. "My mom wanted to name her that." Now for the question. She was housed with one male before this and I was wondering if she could be pregnant. She was only with him for 2 hours and she is only 6 weeks old. I will be taking her to the vet tommorow for a check-up. I would do it now but it is almost 9 p.m. Could she be pregnant?

She very well could be pregnant. A male can impregnate and a female can be impregnated before four weeks, and even in two hours, guinea pig mating only takes about five seconds.
