At first I thought (broken link removed) was an abyssynian. Now, I'm not so sure. Maybe a crested silky?

Here's a pic >> (broken link removed) <<

How old is Moe? She looks like an Abyssinian/Peruvian mix. I don't see any Coronet or Silkie in her, but if she is still young, you will have to wait and see how her hair grows.

I've had him for about 3 months. I'm not sure how old he was when I got him, but he was still a pup(?).

I'm thinkin aby/peruvian too. Whatever he is, he's cute!

Definetilly abby/peruvian

Thanks for the responses! Do peruvians need any special grooming care for all of that hair?

They need brushing quite a bit more than, say, an American. And more baths. But not too many.

I have a question about abyssians. I currently have 3 guinea pigs that are all part abbysinian, but two of them only have a few rossettes. I have one girl who has all 8 rossettes, but when we got her we were told that she was a peruvian, which I now know is wrong, However she has one large piece of fur that comes up near her butt that is like 3 inches long. It stick sout like a sore thunb. Its kind of like in the picture of moe, except she only has it right in the middle of her back and not all around. Could this mean that she has a little bit of peruvian in her, because this wold explain her daughter's longer fur??

Yes, she is probably abby/peruvian. She dosn't have to be 1/2 and 1/2, possibly 1/4th peruvian?

He certainly is a cutie. Being that he is still young, the coat is bound to still grow some more.

He looks similar to a "sheba mini yak" which they have in australia (but seems to be lacking rosettes), and even some resemblence to a "new zealand plume".
