Wondering if there is a good way to do it, without destroying it. For reference, I'm talking about the strips of fleece you hang from a corner for a gpig to hide in. The ones in Gungnir's cage have long strips. I realized he is sitting on them, and would pee on the strips. They don't smell, but they are disgusting and discolored. I washed it in the sink with vinegar and laid it out to dry. Can these thin fleece strips handle a washer ride in a garment bag, or should I just hand wash?

Fleece is nearly indestructible. It can handle anything you can do to it in a washing machine, as long as you put the strips in a garment bag.
