Based on my experience with 1 of my unrelated boar pairs, puberty caused a complete shift of power. They still get along mostly (some chasing, teeth chattering, no snuggles, etc.) but they are by no means as close as my other pair which are brothers. When I first introduced Freddie to Sammie, after I learned piggies need a same gender buddy, the rescue said once a successful intro is made to not separate them as this causes more stress. It sounds like your intro was successful, hopefully everything will be fine and they will safely work out the hierarchy of the herd. Good luck!
