I am having the MOST difficult time working with the Coroplast. It won't bend! I've scored it and everything looks right but I can't bend it to make the sides. Someone help, I'm very frustrated. Thanks

Well, you don't 'bend' it. You 'snap' the score lines. It should look like this:

Sometimes if you only score it very lightly it will bend instead of snap. When working with the ends where the ridges are going across, you have to score pretty deep. When cutting the other way if you stay in between two grooves and cut lightly it will snap easy.

I found that sometimes I scored to lightly and I had to go over it again and not be so timid. After I scored it I was to gentle in pushing the sides down, I had to use more force.

Now I'm scared. I'm picking up my coroplast after work to finish my cage! I hope all goes well. I'm SO excited to get my guys in their nice, new, BIGGER cage and out of that store bought junk!!

Good Luck Baby Bears, all will go well.

Yes, when you score and go to bend the coroplast it should make a 'snap' noise.

Heh, I don't score, I just cut, but make sure not to push all the way through. Practice on a scrap, it's so much faster. When youre going lengthwise, however, press only very lightly. It snaps way easier. The first couple times, I scored. The second couple times I just cut the top layer and it saved me a lot of time. Just be careful.
