The 2nd one isn't against TOS. This is a person that got stuck with all his friend's guinea pigs. Instead of flagging him, I would email him a list of rescues in his area to make sure all the pigs go to great places.

A local rescue was set to rescue them. Then the guy stopped Communicating with them morning of the rescue no one from the has been able to get ahold of the guy.

He's still not a horrible craigslist ad.
He might of stopped all communication because he's not getting any money for the pigs. I am surprised that 1 rescue was willing to take all those pigs. Hopefully these pigs find their way to good homes.
