I have a cage with two storeys, but it is still two small for my three guinea pigs. i have only just bought a new cage. i asked my mum about buying a new one but she says that this one will have to do. do you think I could keep them in there throughout the day and then put them in a run for half an hour each night? HELP!!!

I would try to get them out of the cage for at least an hour. Give them as much floor time as possible. I can understand you mom not wanting to buy another cage. Maybe check into the cost for a C&C cage. They don't cost a lot to make. Are easy to keep clean and the piggies would go nuts over extra room to run.
Other then that just do the best you can with what you have. Parents sometimes just don't understand. (I am one hehe)

Would you be able to have c&c cage out in the conseratroy?

Just try to get a C&C cage. Can you return the one you just bought?

no i wont be able to take it back, but don't c&c cages have to be inside because my mum doesnt want me to have my piggies inside!

I have my piggies in C&C cages in our garage, my mom also doesnt want them inside!!! But they are fine, its like they have their own room, just check on them throughout the day to check the tempature, and all.

This is just a question so dont take it the wrong way. Actually this is for anyone that keeps piggies outside of their home. If they are kept outside of your home how often do you see them? What kind of enjoyment do you get? I only ask because My piggies are in my bedroom and I can watch them all night and all day on weekends if I choose. If I had a garage and kept them there, I would imagine I wouldnt see them to often. So I am curious on how you interact with them.

Well I am homeschooled so I get to spend alot of time with them all day, they get to play in the backyard once to twice a day for about 2 hours, believe me if I could I would deffinetly keep them in my room, it is never cold in our garage, neither is it hot.
