To Introduce or Not to Introduce

I need some help from the experienced boar owners out there.

I adopted two skinny pig boys (apparently brothers and one year old) from a bad situation. Their cage was filthy and the one had infected eye. I seperated them for two weeks while we treated the eye. When I tried to introduce them in a brand new c & c cage they were very aggressive. I stayed out of it until one latched on with a bite that broke the skin. I pulled the injured one out, gave it a minute, and put them back together. They seemed good for several hours until I heard screaming and the injured one had more bite marks and a scratch. I think the other one is too dominant and aggressive. I will be re-homing him.

I do understand it is better for my piggie to have a friend, but I am very scared of risking more injuries. What do you all suggest? Should I leave him as a single piggie or try another introduction? If I introduce what age of boar would be best?

How big is the cage you had them both in?

Around 10 square feet (it's an unusual shape)
