I've asked this question a a few other related threads to get everyone's opinion but I figured to start a new thread and hopefully get even more opinions. Please give me your thoughts/suggestions!

Do think it's good to pick up a new, skittish piggy after the first few days to have them get used to you? I've read differing opinions on this- some sites say NOT to pick them up until they come out and show they are more comfortable with you, just to hand feed (which could take weeks or months some say and inevitably they'll have to be picked up so you can clean the cage anyway), others say pick them up and hold them each day so they get used to you while hand feeding, talking etc, however trying to catch her in the cage to pick up is difficult and seems traumatic?

I adopted a piggy from a shelter about 4 days ago to be a friend for my current piggy and she's barely starting to take food from me- and it's only if I hold it to her inside her pigloo (She's still in quarantine in a separate cage). Thoughts?

You've already asked this question on this forum, and it's been answered. Please don't start new threads on topics you're already discussing. Thanks.
