Chat Tips on selling piggy items?

I have come to LOVE sewing guinea pig things, and I thought it would be nice to try and sell the things I sew for some side cash. I have made a website, but I want to know some tips on advertising for those of you who sell your homemade goods I know you can't advertise here, so where do you advertise?

I see people advertise a lot on Facebook or Craigslist, and upload videos of their products (and pets!) on YouTube. Google has an ad service, but it costs money so I wouldn't recommend it for a small/home business.
