Think hubby is about to be unimpressed!

Cleaned the piggies out tonight and tossed all their fleece toys/beds into the washing machine. When I emptied it I discovered my husband had put 2 pairs of his expensive wool ski socks in to be washed with the next load. Now his black socks are covered (and I mean covered!) in white guinea pig hairs! lol

Ah... Try giving them a good vacuuming. My hubby too is unimpressed with pig fur (hay, toys, paraphernalia) everywhere. It does seem to take over! Luckily he loves the little sweeties too!

He he, it's amazing how it all gets everywhere! I think I may have solved the hay problem though - my poor hubby got fed up with having to unbung the hoover every few days, so I bought one of those lightweight Shark rechargeable carpet sweeper things. It does a brilliant job of picking up the long bits of hay, and because it just sweeps them directly into the dust tray there's no hoses to get clogged!

As for the toys and other clutter, I've bought some fancy boxes to hold all their bits and pieces. Now I'm in the process of emptying a few shelves in the bookcases to sit them on.
