So I rescued a piggy around Christmas she was quarantine for awhile to make sure she was all cured from the lice. We thought it would be time to introduce her to the rest of the herd. I made sure I had a clean cage I put lots ofopen hidey in another water bottle. It didn't go very well. It started out well butt sniffing, and then they did some running around. It then proceded to chattering very loud and then all of sudden they were lunging at each other. It was terrible, and scary for the new baby and me. I removed her after the second lunge. I know they say don't remove unless there is blood but I couldn't wait and their be a really bad injury or zoey (the new baby) Dougie picked her poor thing was scared to death she wouldn't stop crying. After Dougie removed her and settled her down we put her in the tote till we had her cage ready.
