The babies are here!!!

I am so amped right now. I got up to go through my morning routine with my girls -give them veggies, fresh food and Vit C and the pups are here!!!
We have 4 healthy babies and Luna is doing great. The pups are only hours (if not less) old and she seems a little confused by what just happened. So I left to post and hopefully they'll get some bonding time.

I'm going to set up a vet appointment to have them all checked out and make sure they're OK. And of course, I'll have pictures posted ASAP.

Thanks Slap! I will. Luna is doing fine -I went back upstairs and she's cleaning them, and some of the pups were taking turns looking for a bit of milk.
Oh I forgot descriptions. Two of the babies are black and white, (like Mom) and the other two are black, brown and white. I think 3 of them are short-haired and 1 is an Abby-not sure which.

This first pic is of all of them. 2 of the pups are nursing and the other 2 are looking at either alfalfa hay or some pellets.

This is a pic of the 4 pups. It was so hard getting a "group photo", they all wanted to scatter and go to Luna for safety.

Not yet-I'm going to wait until wednesday, when they're a week old to determine their sex.

It's so cute watching them scurry around the cage -either after Luna or on their own...They're all starting to develop personalities of their own too!

Congratulations on the new little ones. I would have a hard time letting any of them go to new homes, but there is no way I could keep all of them either. You would need to have an awfully big cage!
