Chat teen chat??

So as most of you know I just came back and I just saw this new thing called teen chat and as a teen im pretty interested. So can you all explain?? Thanks xx

Basically it's a prefix for all the users under 18 to talk within themselves, kind of like mature chat for the over 19's.
