While I wait for my new pigs to wean, the woman who runs the rescue and I have been sending emails back and forth. She recently sent me the following email about the white self American (the other is a tortiseshell and white Aby):
Knowing what I do about lethals, this made me a little nervous, too. I'm pretty sure that the rescue would notice teeth abnormalities, etc., so I guess I'm looking for some sort of reassurance Or a reality check, even.Breezy is the strangest baby I've ever had here. I was almost wondering if something is wrong with her. When I'm sweeping the poops out of the cage, all the pigs run around and freak out and desperately try to find a place to hide. Breezy just sits there and looks at them like, "What? Where the heck are you going? What's your problem?" Such a calm kid, it's unnatural. :-D
