Spinich?

Can guinea pigs have spinich? I heard it would upset their stomach. Is this true? If they can have it, how much can I give them? Thanks in advance!

Spinach is kind of high in calcium, but a leaf or two once in a while has never hurt my piggies!

They can have spinach, just don't overdo it. A few leaves every two or three days is about as much as I would offer. It has high calcium and oxalic acid content.

Wow, I have been overfeeding Oskar alot of spinach. :-(
