My family had a salad today there was left over unused spinach can I give some to my pigs or is bad for them?

Too high in calcium and oxalates for regular feeding, but ok for an occasional treat if your pigs don't have any problem with urinary tract sludge/stones.

How much would be okay?

A small leaf or two.

Oky just wanted to make sure thank you !!

spinitch is ok for guinea pigs to eat in small quantities.

I stay away from anything high in calcium. I've found that if I even offer a small bit of veggies that has a high calcium content, I start seeing sludge in some of my pigs. Once you've had a pig with stones, you're really careful about what you feed them.

Spike loves spinitch...
he steels it from Chock if he's eating it
