Can guinea pigs eat spaghetti squash?

According to Ly&Pigs food chart. All winter and summer squash can be given 2-4 times a week.

Thank you. Can I feed them the outershell or the gooey insides?

Like other squash cut up bite size pieces. No seeds make sure the outer skin is washed. I have fed only yellow and zuchuinni with the skin on seed part scaped out.
